You always know whose hands your film is in.

The person who answers you is the person who can decide. Nothing goes into a queue, and nobody hands you over halfway through.

Before you ask

Questions people actually ask

Who owns the video once it's made?

You do — the finished film, every cut of it, and the source files. Full rights, any market, no time limit, no extra licence to buy later.

Can I use this as a paid ad on TV or Meta?

Yes. We deliver broadcast-safe masters and the ratios each platform wants. Music is licensed for paid use, so nothing gets pulled mid-flight.

Is it legal to use a person who doesn't exist?

Yes, and that is the point — the people in our films are built, not filmed, so there is no likeness to license. We will not build a character that resembles a real, identifiable person unless you have their written permission.

What if I don't like it?

You will have signed off on the storyboard and the test frames before we generate anything, so the film should not be a surprise. If it still misses, you get two rounds of changes, and a third at our cost if we misread the brief.

How many changes do I get?

Two full rounds on every project, always. A round means one consolidated list of notes, not one note at a time.

Do you hand over the source files?

Yes, with every project, at no extra charge. Project files, key frames, character sheet, and the graded masters.

Can you match our brand guidelines?

That is what the reference board is for. Send the guidelines, the palette and a few frames you like, and the look is built to them before a single shot is generated.

Will people be able to tell it was made with AI?

That is the whole job. Generation gives us material; a person cuts it, fixes the tells, grades it and designs the sound. If you can see the seams, we have not finished.

Do you label the work as AI-made?

We embed C2PA Content Credentials in the delivered files, so the provenance travels with the video. Whether you show that label publicly is your call, and some platforms now ask for it.

How do payments work?

Fifty per cent to start, fifty on delivery. Nothing is invoiced before you have seen a frame in your own style, and that first frame lands within 48 hours of the brief.

How fast can you actually go?

A short film in five to seven days, a campaign in ten to fifteen, a flagship in three to five weeks. Rush is possible and costs about a third more — we will tell you honestly if the deadline is not realistic.

What can't you do?

Hands doing something fiddly, readable text inside the shot, and a specific real person without their permission. If your job is a founder talking in your own office, hire a crew — we will say so on the first call.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes, white-label included. You keep the client relationship, we deliver the film and the files under your name.

Where are you based?

The work happens remotely and we deliver in English across the US, the UK, the Gulf and Europe. Time zones have not been a problem yet.
